About the Course

Pad training builds striking precision, timing, speed, and endurance. It’s an excellent way to improve both technique and fitness while working with a partner.


You’ll train punches, elbows, knees, and kicks on focus mitts and kick shields, learning how to generate power safely and efficiently.


This is an intense, motivating workout that sharpens both body and mind.
