Self-Defense Training
About the Course
Our self-defense training teaches realistic, efficient, and easy-to-learn techniques suitable for men, women, and young people under 18. Each session is tailored to the participant’s experience level, fitness, and personal goals.
Training includes defensive movements, striking, escapes from grabs and holds, ground defense, and reaction under stress.
You will learn how to control fear, stay aware of your surroundings, and respond effectively in real-life confrontations.
